Michele's notes: Pretty ruby with brilliant flashes of violet. Incredibly fragrant - the rose florals and ripe cherries leap from the glass with exuberance. It is a mouthwatering moment, anticipating the flavours which are exactly as you expect - here is juicy pinot poise in a perfectly-weighted package. The flavours are gently persistent; musk lollies, red cherries and savoury touch of meatiness to complete the picture. Meadowbank Pinot has a fine, clean presence. Delectable.
