Bellebonne Vintage 2015 Sparkling Rose

Made from 100% pinot noir, this is an exquisite sparkling as befits the sparkling prowess of the maestra. Deeper than blush, more Art Deco pink with a coppery hue in colour, Bellebonne looks inviting in the glass, the fine but spirited mousse adding to the luxurious effect Sherbety on the nose with hazelnut biscotti and wild strawberries. Soft and creamily textured in the mouth with more strawberries and musk sticks.
