Bellebonne Vintage 2015 Sparkling Cuvee

Tasmanian fruit -  60% chardonnay, 40% pinot noir. Pale old gold. Complex and inviting aromas of strawberries and cream, lightly toasted hazelnuts, ginger spice and honeysuckle. It wraps around the palate with full, sweet fruit, the flavours opening up with each sip. It is a Tasmanian classic - full and soft, but also immensely refreshing. Irresistible.
