Rob Watt has well over 10 years experience in the Hong Kong wine scene. Rob is WSET level 3 certified, an avid wine collector, member of several wine clubs and previous chairman of the KCC wine society. Rob noticed a gap in the Hong Kong market for cool climate new world Pinot Noir. After sharing a bottle of Pinot (of course) with Michele, Pinot Shop Hong Kong was formed.
Pinotshop Australia is the creation of Michele Round, wine and food writer, photographer, commentator, taster and wine retailer for the past seventeen years. She is constantly searching for new and exciting Pinot Noir for Pinot Shop Hong Kong.

Such is the demand for the world’s best wines, we can often only secure small allocations of certain wines. As such, some wines will sell out the day they are offered or even sold out through pre-allocation.
